    Hi! I am Xiaorui Tang, a first-year CAPP student at Uchicago Harris. Before coming to Harris, I received my bachelor's degree in International Political Economy and a second-major degree in Economics from Peking University. I am interested in cloud computing, data analysis for social good, economics and development policy.
